Application problems and requirements of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks (Part I)

molded holographic technology has been introduced into China for nearly ten years since the late 1980s. Chinese people have been unaware of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting signs from the beginning, never learned, from a small amount of use to a large number of use; Therefore, the laser is not based on the pure price, but on the overall cost performance of the experimental machine. The holographic molding equipment was also introduced from abroad and made by itself. So far, there are hundreds of production lines and laser holographic molding machines in China, forming a certain production scale. With the rapid development of industrial economy and the continuous increase of high-tech content, people put forward higher and higher requirements for laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks. Although the market of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting identification is becoming more and more mature, the problems of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting identification and its production technology are becoming more and more obvious. Due to its own defects and management reasons, it can not meet the market demand in some aspects. How to make the production technology of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks a step forward is an important task for our laser holographic technicians and their production and management personnel

(i.e. the samples are kept in the jaw, in the jaw, in the parallel section or outside the gauge distance) in the late 1980s, since Qingdao Qimei image company introduced the first production line, anti-counterfeiting workers have experienced arduous domestic market development work, and the domestic market has finally matured, and gratifying progress has been made so far. In many commodities, such as alcohol, cosmetics, gold and silver products, drugs, food, clothing, books and periodicals, etc., laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks are used. As a result, laser holographic anti-counterfeiting identification technology with good effects is also used in the approval visas of national institutions, such as the annual inspection of national industry and commerce, the annual inspection of automobiles, famous and special products of light industry, Beijing famous and special products, and the inspection and entry permit of imported food. However, due to the limitations of its existing technical characteristics and management reasons, the adoption of this technology in some commodities is also limited, mainly in the following aspects

I. current problems

1. The design of the molded holographic anti-counterfeiting logo production line introduced by China is modeled on the hand stick self-adhesive trademark machine. Therefore, all laser holographic anti-counterfeiting logos are made into trademarks and adhered to the objects used by hand. Therefore, it is also called "hand pasted anti-counterfeiting logo". Usually, this kind of manual labeling labor is too large and time-consuming, as well as the impact of health conditions and management reasons, resulting in large quantities of goods, such as alcohol, cigarettes, drugs and other products with high automation and large production per unit time, can not use the manual anti-counterfeiting logo. So how to make the laser holographic anti-counterfeiting logo meet the needs of the market and develop a laser holographic anti-counterfeiting logo with mechanical automatic labeling is our primary goal

2. The existing laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks are plated with aluminum on pet.pvc film, then molded with holographic images and compounded on the backing paper, then die-cut to take waste, package, transport to the user unit, and finally manually pasted on the goods by the user unit. The trademark itself is silver white (that is, the color of aluminum), and the holographic image can be seen in a small field of view, while in most of the field of view, it is only silver white. On some commodity packages, 5. Wipe the steel ball clean and put it back into the box. There is also a silver "Scar" image, which limits its use on some commodity packages with high aesthetic requirements. How to change the color and visual angle of the existing laser holographic anti-counterfeiting signs is also one of the problems we face. If the anti-counterfeiting logo has color, increasing the field of view angle can improve the beauty of products using anti-counterfeiting logo. Laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks will certainly open up a broader market

3. In the industry management of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks, it is introduced, self-made or imitated; The state, collectives, individuals, domestic capital, foreign capital and joint ventures should work together; Moreover, due to its high output of production equipment, small floor area, few employees and high profits, the number of manufacturers of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks in the country has reached more than 300. Some manufacturers only buy one press, a set of photographic equipment and plate making equipment, and even only one press. Plate making go to the plate making manufacturer. Most of these manufacturers are self-employed. Due to the large design output and insufficient tasks, some people forget their righteousness for profit, and can imitate production without relying on procedures. As a result, the management of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting trademarks is chaotic and the anti-counterfeiting performance is reduced. According to the CCTV focus interview, in the Hanzheng Street market in Hankou, as long as the samples can be taken out, the merchants dare to copy the laser holographic anti-counterfeiting tags, and do what they want, lifelike. There are many markets like this in the country. In a small town in the south of Zhejiang Province, on a small street less than 100 meters long, there are as many as 36 stores printing laser holographic anti-counterfeiting signs, and they claim that "as long as there are samples, we can make them." According to the author's investigation of the town, there are more than 60 such stores, but only more than 10 have formed large-scale production capacity, and the rest are only one store department, one sign, and some samples. After attracting business, they are processed and manufactured by manufacturers with production capacity. According to the survey, there are more than ten manufacturers producing laser holographic anti-counterfeiting trademarks in this town. Generally, they do not set up salespersons. They rely exclusively on these stores or with the help of salespersons who travel all over the country to order business. The relationship between them belongs to loose association. A salesperson can take the work permits, letters of introduction and contracts of several manufacturers or companies when he goes out. When it comes to business, he will issue certificates and materials from whichever company he thinks is suitable. After the contract is signed, the salesman will negotiate with the manufacturer and produce according to the samples. The manufacturer will not bear any expenses of the salesperson, but will negotiate separately on the price. Generally, it is an oral contract, and the salesperson will deposit the manufacturer himself. The manufacturer will produce, and the salesperson will take cash to pick up the goods, one by one, without leaving any traces. The invoice can be made according to the user's requirements, but it needs to pay additional taxes. According to the author's investigation, except for the business with special contacts of large-scale production enterprises, the rest 60-80% of the business is completed by the above operation mode. Without examining the business license, trademark license and other certificates, the printing of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting trademarks can be started. The consequences of this mode of operation make the laser holographic anti-counterfeiting trademark lose its anti-counterfeiting function, benefit and market

4. The production technology level of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks needs to be improved. Among the more than 300 domestic factories and companies that produce laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks with a shipping cost of US $25.955/ton from Brazil to China, except for several well-known companies and factories that can do some products with high technical content, general manufacturers can only do some one-dimensional and two-dimensional anti-counterfeiting trademarks with low technical quality, neither can they do three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting trademarks, let alone involve lithography technology, computer coding technology, stealth coding technology Nuclear stealth technology, plasma stealth technology and other high-tech, so the laser anti-counterfeiting marks produced by general manufacturers can only be used on general goods because of their low quality; For high-grade goods, using high-level laser holographic anti-counterfeiting technology, although it is difficult to copy, it can only be "similar in shape" rather than "similar in spirit". The goal pursued by the technical quality of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks is to eliminate imitation in any way;, This is also one of the important tasks of our laser holographic technology work

it should be our purpose to research and develop products to meet the needs of the market. According to the above problems, we realize that the production of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting marks has reached a critical juncture of upgrading. How to improve the anti-counterfeiting means of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting identification, improve the technical content of anti-counterfeiting, strengthen management, and make the laser holographic anti-counterfeiting identification technology reach a new level is the common responsibility of all personnel and users on the front of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting technology
